Keith Lancaster is the Director of Bands at Dripping Springs High School. He directs the High School Symphonic Band, Marching Band, Jazz Band, and assists with the middle school.


Derek Woods is the Associate Band Director and Color Guard Director at Dripping Springs High School. He directs the High School Concert Band, Color Guard, and assists with the High School Marching Band. Mr. Woods also assists with the middle school.



Jeff Murphy is the Director of Bands at Dripping Springs Middle School. He directs the Middle School Symphonic Band, and beginner program at DSMS. He also assists the high school marching band.


Jay Larson is the Associate Band Director at Dripping Springs Middle School. He directs the Middle School Concert Band, and assists with the beginner program at DSMS. He also assists the high school marching band.

Chris Montemayor is the Percussion Instructor for Dripping Springs High School. He directs all aspects of the percussion program including marching drumline, pit ensemble, concert percussion, and indoor drumline.
